IMPORTANT MATCH REGISTRATION INFORMATION
MATCH REGISTRATION WILL OPEN Saturday FEB 25th 2012.
The online application will be available for 3 days, or until the match is fully booked.
Cost of entry is $300 and includes a match t-shirt. No refunds after May 1st.
There are slots for approximately 100 shooters. Some of these will be held back for sponsors and military
with late availability by approval of the match director.
From the applicant pool, match slots will be allocated by the match director and SnipersHide by
drawing at random. Applicants who are not initially granted a match slot may elect to stay on the waiting list.
Any entrant who sends a check that is subsequently returned because of insufficient funds (NSF)
will be denied entrance to the match and his match fee will be forfeit, once recovered!
Once you've established your account, you can log in at any time to check the status of your application. Always use your original email address and confirmation code to log in. In addition, whenever we change the state of your application, you will receive an email with a link to your online application.
ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS
- Step 1- Register as New Applicant. Enter an email address. This will be your ID for the system. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm the email address is correct. It will contain a Confirmation Code. Save this confirmation code. It is your "password" to log into the online system.
- Step 2- Match staff will review your application to make sure it's been properly filled out.
- Step 3- At step 3, Match Slots are allocated according to the match policy, or are drawn at random from the applicant pool.
- Step 4- If you are granted a match slot, in Step 4 you submit payment. Otherwise your application will be put on the waiting list.
- Step 5- If you were granted a slot and paid on time, then your application is marked as Paid/Confirmed and you are all done!
